How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

All Evoe Australia products are made here in Australia in our Perth based factory. For more information please click here. Be sure to check out the video of our warehouse at the bottom!

How do I make sure I order the right size?

We want to ensure that all your purchases fit, look and feel great.

For help with choosing the best fit, please refer to our Size Guide which can be found under the sizing guide tab, on any product page or by clicking this link.

Please note the underbust measurement is the most important for the correct fit.

What are my shipping options?

Australian (local)

Standard shipping is free for all online orders. Free express shipping over $75.00 (after any discounts have been applied).

International

Our standard international shipping fee is $15 AUD. Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.

When will I recieve my order?

Australia Parcel Post delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 Business days.

Express Postage within Australia generally are delivered within 1-5 business days.

International Orders delivery can take anywhere from approximately 3 - 15 business days. Please note this timeframe may vary dependent on your country's international customs processing times. We advise to allow for this possible delay and prepare for the possibilty of any extra customs taxes or duties that may be incurred.

Can I track my order?

Yes; all of our orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an confirmation email with a tracking number which you can track it at anytime via http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Can I make changes to an order ive already placed? 

Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or change your order in the system. However; once you have received your goods you can return them following out returns process. For full details please see our returns policy.

Where are you located?

Evoe Australia headquarters is located in Perth, Western Australia.

Cost of my return?

Please note that the cost to return items to our returns team is at the customer's expense.

If an item happens to be faulty; Evoe Australia will refund the amount paid for return cost.  

My garment has a fault?

If you believe your garment has a fault, please email our customer service team at customerservice@evoeaustralia.com with your receipt and our team will assist in assessing your garment and provide further instructions regarding returning the item. Please note - if the item is deemed faulty Evoe will refund the return postage cost back to you.

Upon receiving your request we will ensure this is handled with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you!

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received by our returns team. We will ensure to have these processed as soon as possible.

Please note during peak periods; your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive back to us!

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

If there is a problem with your Evoe Australia online order or you need to contact our team; please contact us straightaway with your contact details and we will follow up as soon as possible.
